While that often begins with a physical inspection to identify any systems and operational practices that we could employ to create the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; our program also includes careful management of construction materials, cost-efficient systems utilization (including power, water and waste), employee and resident health and safety and cybersecurity.

Our property management team members are rooted members of the local communities where we own and manage assets. That’s intentional to give a name and face to every management project we assume. We aren’t absentee owners/managers, we are known members of the local community who get to know our residents and always remember that every apartment we manage is someone’s home in our hands.

Technology Enablement

We carefully select and employ technological systems that help serve our residents and investors through strong digital communication channels that keep our communities in regular dialogue while producing transparent record keeping and accountability logs.

Tenant Cloud is our property management software and mobile application that helps our communities manage maintenance requests, project completion and resolution timing. It also tracks rental payments all accessible at our fingertips.

Our Credentials

While our portfolio is constantly growing, at any given time we have 50+ buildings with approximately 700 doors under our management including our apartments, single-family homes and industrial properties. Our portfolio comprises $60 million of assets under management.
