Investing Process using the Home Invest Cashflow Portal

1. Select the investor profile and investment class you want to invest in, as well as the primary sponsor you are investing with.

Choosing profile - sometimes you will want to invest as an individual or as an entity.
*If you want to invest, for example, under 401k, but haven't set it up yet, you can still invest under your personal name and (money isn't charged immediately) later come back and do an update when your 401k is all set up.
Choosing Investment class - we usually have only Class A - Limited partners option (min $100,000)
Sponsor - Home Invest 🏠

2. Input the amount you would like to invest and the method you will use.

Investment amount - minimum is usually $100,000
*if you want to invest less amount please contact us to get the sponsors approval
Funding methods - choose how you are going to send us the money (ACH recommended)

3. Please complete the investor suitability questionnaire and W-9 form below. This is a requirement from the SEC to collect basic information. Note that questions marked with an asterisk are required fields.

3.1. Questionnaire: This is a requirement from the SEC to collect basic information. Note that questions marked with an asterisk are required fields.

3.2. W-9 form: This is a requirement from the IRS to collect taxpayer information. Note that questions marked with an asterisk are required fields.

4.E-signature: To invest in the offering you have to sign the document.
*It is recommended to disable your browser’s autofill while signing.
*Some fields are pre-populated with information from the previous steps
*It is a big document so it may take a minute to download it on your computer

Number of units: Take your capital contribution and divide it by amount per unit. (this field should usually fill itself)
After you fill in the number of Units click Next and then click I agree.

And that’s it, you have signed it!

5. Accreditation: We have to verify that you're an accredited investor to invest in our deals. You have two options on how to do it.

Option 1: You can either go to your attorney or your CPA - they can prepare a simple one page document that says you're an accredited investor because ….. (list reasons)  and sign it.
You then just upload that document here.

*Put the date that they issued the letter to you.

Option 2: If you don’t have a CPA or attorney, go to the third party site -  Connect with Parallel Markets, and they will prepare the letter for you at a much more affordable price.
Fill in a little questionnaire so they can confirm you’re an accredited investor.
You might have to send them some documentation for them to verify.

*You can always exit the process to take time to get an accreditation letter and then log back in and pick up where you left off.

6. Investment payment - this is the final step where you submit your investment money

Two factor authentication set up on your account - every time you log into your portal you get a text message to your phone with a code (very important for security reasons).

After you get and enter the verification code, mark Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

After that you have to verify your informations.

When everything checks out you will get an email that confirms that you're verified.

You can go to the Dashboard and scroll down to see your in-progress investments!
*If you get stuck anywhere in the process, this is where you can pick up where you left off.

Wait for the document(s) to process and that's it!

You have successfully done your first online investment with us!
